Shipping & Returns
Dispatch We dispatch Monday to Friday. Order by 11am for same-day dispatch. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
During busy periods dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always let you know if there's a significant delay.
UK Delivery Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1–3 business days) — free on orders over £35
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days) — £3.95
- DHL Next Working Day — £5.95
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details where applicable.
International We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked for orders up to 2kg. Delivery timescales vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed. Prices are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and keep all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Get in touch at shipping@coffeeandcroissant.com and we'll do our best to help.
