Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your SAPHI order. If something isn't right, please get in touch within 30 days of your purchase.

Coffee beans and food products As perishable goods, roasted coffee and food items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your proof of purchase and we'll make it right.

The SAPHI Cup and other non-food items To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Gift cards Gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives damaged please photograph the item and packaging and contact us at shipping@coffeeandcroissant.com within 30 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sale items Only full-price items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We replace items only where they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us at shipping@coffeeandcroissant.com to arrange an exchange.

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.

How to return To return an item, email us first at shipping@coffeeandcroissant.com with your proof of purchase. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over £20 we recommend using a tracked service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund processing Once your return is received and inspected we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed within five working days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider — there is often a processing delay. If you've done both and still haven't received it, contact us at shipping@coffeeandcroissant.com.
