SAPHI is proudly 100% independently owned with zero institutional or venture capital funding.

PEARL ESPRESSO
A smooth, chocolatey espresso blend that shines with milk — think rich flat whites and velvety lattes — and just as rewarding as a straight black.
Our specialty espresso blends coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia from smallholder farms around Bishan Guracha, West Arsi.

SAPHI coffee is sourced from smallholder farms, seasonally rotated and roasted to our favourite flavour profiles.

SAPHI's filled bagels are full of flavour, using quality ingredients made fresh each morning and throughout the day.
Our authentic bagels are hand rolled and baked every morning from our longterm partners Rinkoff Bakery in Whitechapel.
Rinkoff are also an independent business and experts in their craft, and we're over the moon to be working with them.
